Before & After School Care
Fun Childcare in a Familiar Environment
For families looking for daycare, Alerces offers before school and after school care, making it easier for working parents. In many cases Alerces replaces childcare for parents or reduces daycare needs. Your children will be happy in a familiar environment where they have the freedom to play with each other in a safe space. Whether your child is in preschool or kindergarten, they are welcome in our before and after school daycare program.
Before School Childcare
7:30 am - 8:30 am
In our Before School Program, children free play together in a safe environment supervised by teachers they know and trust. They are free to explore, burn off energy through dancing, jumping and playing with other children. Before Care is the perfect way for children to prepare to learn for the day!
After School Program
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
In our After School Program, your children will be supervised by one of our teachers who continues to guide your children through a more relaxed end to their day as they slow down, rest and prepare for their transition home with you and their evening routine. Children are free to play as they wish with their friends and are welcome to lay down or sit after a day of learning and outdoor play. Consider packing an extra snack if your child will be staying for the After Care program.
Before and After School Program Fees
Cost: $ 8 per hour (not prorated)
We accept registration for children in preschool and kindergarten who are enrolled in other Alerces school programming. Registration is based on availability. Children can participate in the program monthly or on a daily basis as needed, but pre-registration is required before your child’s first day. Fees are invoiced monthly based on the number of hours used.
